I’ve worked across product flows, 0-1, onboarding, AI experiences, chatbots and marketing and content systems at companies like Meta, WebMD Health Services, Ramsey Solutions, DaystoHappy, and more. I love people, and I love using better words and design to make their lives a bit easier in the digital world.

I’m open to freelance, contract and full-time roles in technical writing, content design, UX writing, content strategy and coordination, and marketing roles.
